摘 要:[目的]细菌的滋生和繁殖会使涂膜霉变,降低对基材的保护作用。为了提高涂膜的抗菌性能,通常在涂料中添加抗菌剂。[方法]以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)为偶联剂,对纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))进行表面改性,接着与聚六亚甲基盐酸胍(PHMG)接枝反应,制备了有机-无机复合抗菌剂PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2),并将其加入水性丙烯酸涂料中。[结果]傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和透射电镜(TEM)对改性前后纳米TiO_(2)结构和形貌的表征结果证实成功对TiO_(2)进行了改性。Zeta电位和贮存稳定性测试表明,改性后TiO_(2)的分散稳定性得到了提升。通过平板涂布计数法对TiO_(2)、PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)及其水性丙烯酸树脂涂膜的抗菌性能进行测试时发现,改性后纳米TiO_(2)的抑菌率是改性前的2倍以上;与含有TiO_(2)的涂膜相比,添加PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)的涂膜的抑菌率提高了20多倍。[结论]抗菌剂PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)在水性涂料应用中表现良好。[Introduction]The growth and multiplication of bacteria cause coatings to mold and reduce their protective performance on substrates.To improve the antibacterial properties of coatings,antibacterial agents are usually added to coatings.[Method]γ-Glycidylethoxypropyltrimethoxysiane(KH560)was used as a coupling agent to modify the surface of titania(TiO_(2))nanoparticles,and then grafted with polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride(PHMG),forming an organic-inorganic composite antibacterial agent PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2).[Result]The structure and morphology of TiO_(2)nanoparticles before and after modification were characterized by Fourier-transfer infrared(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was found that TiO_(2)was successfully modified.The results of Zeta potential measurement and storage stability test showed that the dispersibility and stability of the modified TiO_(2)were improved.The antibacterial properties of TiO_(2)and PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)and the waterborne acrylic coatings containing TiO_(2)and PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)were tested by plate count method.The results showed that the antibacterial rate of modified TiO_(2)nanoparticles was more than 2 times that of unmodified TiO_(2).Compared with the unmodified TiO_(2)coating,the antibacterial rate of PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)-containing coating was more than 20 times higher.[Conclusion]The antimicrobial agent PHMG-KH560@TiO_(2)performs well in waterborne paint applications.
