摘 要:[目的]紫外光固化水性聚氨酯(WPU)透光率不高和力学性能较差的问题有待解决。[方法]利用甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBOMA)、3-氨基-1,2-丙二醇(APDO)和3-异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷(IPTS)进行反应,合成了含有甲基丙烯酸异冰片基和有机硅氧烷官能团的二元醇IBOMA-Si-2OH。再加上异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等原料,成功制备了IBOMA和有机硅氧烷共同改性的紫外光固化水性聚氨酯(IBOMA-Si-WPU)。研究了IBOMA-Si-2OH含量对IBOMA-Si-WPU乳液和涂膜性能的影响。[结果]当IBOMA-Si-2OH占其与PCDL混合物总摩尔分数的8%时,所制备的涂膜在可见光波长范围内的透光率高达93%,水接触角为84.9°,吸水率为4.7%,同时具有7.1 MPa的拉伸强度和183%的断裂伸长率。[结论]IBOMA-Si-2OH的引入改善了WPU涂膜的透光率和力学性能。[Introduction]The problems of low transmittance and poor mechanical properties of ultraviolet(UV)curable waterborne polyurethane(WPU)need to be solved.[Method]Isobornyl methacrylate(IBOMA)was reacted with 3-amino-1,2-propanediol(APDO)and 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane(IPTS)to synthesize a diol coded as IBOMA-Si-2OH containing isobornyl methacrylate and organosiloxane functional groups.A UV curable waterborne polyurethane(coded as IBOMA-Si-WPU)modified by IBOMA and organosiloxane was then prepared by using IBOMA-Si-2OH with other raw materials such as isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbonate diol(PCDL),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA),and trimethylolpropane(TMP).The effect of IBOMA-Si-2OH content on the properties of IBOMA-Si-WPU emulsion and its film was studied.[Result]The film prepared with IBOMA-Si-2OH 8%(molar fraction with respect to the total amount of IBOMA-Si-2OH and PCDL)had a transmittance as high as 93%in the visible light waveband,a water contact angle of 84.9°,a water absorption rate of 4.7%,a tensile strength of 7.1 MPa,and an elongation at break of 183%.[Conclusion]The introduction of IBOMA-Si-2OH improves the transmittance and mechanical properties of WPU coatings.
