摘 要:[目的]涂装工业因使用有机溶剂而产生大量挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),它们不仅危害人类健康,还会引发雾霾、光化学烟雾,导致温室效应。但VOCs种类繁多,性质差异大,治理技术多样,如何选择合适的技术成为工程应用的关键。[方法]对涂装工业VOCs治理技术的进展进行总结,分析各种治理技术的研究重点及应用条件,为VOCs治理技术的工程应用提供参考。[结果]对于水溶性好、生物毒性弱的VOCs,宜选择生物法;对于风量大、浓度低的VOCs,宜浓缩后再处理;对于无回用价值的VOCs,宜选择热力氧化法;对于低浓度、易分解的VOCs,宜选择等离子体法。[结论]工程应用时应根据VOCs的种类和浓度,综合考虑具体的治理技术。[Introduction]The painting industry produces a large amount of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),which not only pose a threat to human health,but also cause haze,photochemical smog,and greenhouse effect.Given the diversity of VOCs and the variance in their properties,selecting the appropriate technology is crucial for engineering applications.[Method]The advances in VOCs treatment technologies in the painting industry were summarized.The research focuses and application conditions of various treatment technologies were analyzed,providing a reference for the engineering application of VOCs treatment technologies.[Result]For VOCs with good water solubility and low biological toxicity,biological methods are recommended;for those with high flow rate and low concentration,concentration prior to treatment is advisable;for those with no recycling value,thermal oxidation is suitable;for low concentration and easily decomposable VOCs,plasma technology is preferred.[Conclusion]In engineering applications,the selection of treatment technology should be based on a comprehensive consideration of the types and concentrations of VOCs.
