摘 要:空压机噪声源复杂多样,噪声强度大且频率分布范围广,为空压机噪声治理带来了巨大挑战。目前,空压机隔声罩设置普遍存在隔声罩隔声量不足、未考虑隔声罩通风散热、孔洞漏声等问题。本文通过测量空压机噪声倍频程频谱图,根据NR曲线确定各频率的降噪值,并据此进行隔声罩支撑层、阻尼层、吸声层和护面层各层材料及厚度的隔声值设计计算。同时,采用隔声罩结构模态声振耦合方法进行隔声性能仿真分析,将隔声罩设计方案的空腔模型作为流体域进行计算流体力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟,以优化隔声罩的隔声性能与通风散热性能。最终提出一种散热性能较好的低成本空压机隔声罩设计方法。The noise sources of air compressors are complicated and diverse,with significant noise intensity and wide frequency distribution range,leading to a challenge to the noise management for air compressors.The air compressor acoustic enclosure setup generally exists problems,including insufficient insulation,failure to consider the acoustic enclosure's ventilation and heat dissipation,and sound leakage from the holes.In this paper,the octave spectrogram of air compressor noise was measured,the noise reduction value of each frequency was determined according to the NR curve,and the sound insulation value of the materials and thickness of each layer of the acoustic enclosure's support layer,damping layer,acoustic absorbing layer,and surface protection layer was calculated and designed accordingly.The simulation analysis of sound insulation performance was carried out using the acoustic vibration coupling method in the acoustic enclosure structural modes.And the cavity model of the acoustic enclosure design scheme as a fluid domain for Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation,in order to optimize the sound insulation performance and ventilation and heat dissipation performance for the acoustic enclosure.A low-cost air compressor acoustic enclosure design method with better heat dissipation performance was finally developed.
