摘  要:目的针对医务工作者职业倦怠的成因路径进行分析探索,建立医务工作者的职业倦怠风险预测模型,为医务工作者的职业倦怠干预提供线索。方法采用分层抽样的方法,研究对象为1873名医务工作者,分别使用接纳与行动问卷(Acceptance and action questionaire,AAQ)、职业紧张修订量表(Occupational stress revision scale,OSI-R)和职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)获取相关数据,采用贝叶斯网络模型及广义结构方程模型结合的方法,分析心理灵活性、紧张反应在职业倦怠发生中的可能作用,探索潜在路径关系,在此基础上建立风险模型并预测个体职业倦怠风险。结果医务工作者职业倦怠阳性检出率为65.57%;医务工作者职业紧张与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.01),心理灵活性与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.48,P<0.01),心理灵活性与职业紧张呈负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.01)。职业紧张反应在医务人员心理灵活性与职业倦怠间起部分中介作用,中介效应占比为23.50%;医务人员职业倦怠状况与其心理灵活度、职业紧张反应存在直接依赖关系。结论紧张反应在心理灵活性与职业倦怠发生中起中介作用,随着心理灵活性降低,倦怠发生风险增加,而随着紧张反应的出现,职业倦怠风险增加两倍。研究结果可为预防医务工作者职业倦怠及促进医务工作者心理健康提供相应参考。Objective To analyze and explore the causes of burnout among medical workers,to establish a burnout risk prediction model for medical workers,and to provide clues for burnout intervention among medical workers.Methods A stratified sampling method was adopted,and 1,873 medical workers were studied.Relevant data were obtained by using the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire(AAQ),Occupational Stress Revision Scale(OSI-R),and Occupational Burnout Inventory(MBI-GS).A combination of Bayesian network modeling and Generalized Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze the possible roles of psychological flexibility and stress response in the occurrence of burnout,explore the potential path relationships,and analyze the relationship of the pathways.The combination of Bayesian network modeling and generalized structural equation modeling was used to analyze the possible roles of psychological flexibility and tension response in the occurrence of burnout and to explore the potential path relationships,based on which a risk model was established and the risk of burnout was predicted for individuals.Results The positive detection rate of burnout in medical workers was 65.57%;occupational tension in medical workers was positively correlated with burnou(t r=0.45,P<0.01),psychological flexibility was negatively correlated with burnout(r=-0.48,P<0.01),and psychological flexibility was negatively correlated with occupational tension(r=-0.52,P<0.01).Occupational tension reaction played a partial mediating role between psychological flexibility and burnout of medical staff,and the mediating effect accounted for 23.50%;The burnout status of medical staff directly depended on their psychological flexibility and occupational tension reaction.Conclusion The tension response mediates the relationship between psychological flexibility and the occurrence of burnout;as psychological flexibility decreases,the risk of burnout increases,and as the tension response emerges,the risk of burnout increases twofold.The research findings can pr
