摘  要:熔模精铸技术的制造工艺亟需寻求新材料、新工艺、新技术,以达到提高效率、降低成本的目的。针对这一问题,选用PMMA粉末为原材料,采用粘结剂喷射成形(BJ)技术成形模具,结合传统熔模铸造工艺,实现一种快速铸造并得到金属制品的技术。这项技术能完成快速研发试制与批量化金属产品铸造,生产速度是传统熔模铸造的几十倍,几乎没有灰分残留,很好地满足了熔模铸造的使用要求。The manufacturing process of investment casting technology urgently needs to seek new materials,processes,and technologies in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs.To address this issue,PMMA powder is selected as the raw material,and the mold is formed using Binder Jetting.Combined with traditional investment casting technology,a rapid casting technology is achieved to obtain metal products.This technology can complete the rapid development and trial production,and mass casting of metal products.The production speed is dozens of times faster than traditional investment casting,with almost no ash residue,which well meets the requirements of investment casting.
