某输油管道温度准周期特性研究

摘  要:为充分考虑气温、地温对埋地保温输送热油管道沿线温降的影响并指导管道生产运行,对该管道开展温度准周期特性分析。对管道沿线气温、地温数据进行收集,并采用Matlab程序模拟计算。结果表明,该管道油温变化滞后气温变化约27 d,冬季2月中下旬管内油温最低,夏季8月中下旬管内油温最高,建议该管道运行时对冬季特别是2月管道输量及出站油温加强监控,避免管道进入低输量不稳定区,可适当提高管道出站油温。In order to fully consider the impact of different temperatures and ground temperatures on the temperature drop along the buried pipeline during the operation time,a temperature quasi periodic characteristic analysis was conducted on the pipeline.The study collected temperature and ground temperature data along the pipeline and used Matlab programming to simulate calculations.The calculation results showed that the oil temperature of the pipeline lagged behind atmospheric changes by about 27 days,with the lowest operating temperature in mid to late February in winter and the highest operating temperature in mid to late August in summer.It is suggested that the pipeline transmission volume and outbound oil temperature should be monitored in winter,especially in February,to avoid the pipeline from entering the unstable area of low transmission,and to appropriately increase the outbound oil temperature of the pipeline.
