摘 要:随着国家经济与民生工程的高质量发展,石油与天然气成为我国经济、政治、军事安全的重要的战略储备资源,是全面发展和建设现代化的基础和动力。其中以输送石油和天然气为重任的油气管道更是被誉为国家能源发展的大动脉。由于油气产品易燃、易爆,油气管道运营过程中存在风险较高,且基础设施关键零部件较多、系统复杂,国内外油气管道失效事故也屡有发生,我国在油气管道防控方面的研究仍缺乏系统性。因此,笔者系统梳理了国内外事故致因理论、泄漏监测技术和数值模拟研究的发展趋势,在此基础上构建系统事故致因分析模型和全生命周期检测模拟所面临的挑战,为完善我国油气管道运营安全提供参考。With the high-quality development and construction of national economic and livelihood projects,oil and gas have become an important strategic reserve resource for China s economic,political and military security,and the foundation and driving force for comprehensive development and modernization.Among them,the oil and gas pipelines used to transport oil and natural gas are known as the main arteries of national energy development.Due to the high flammability and explosiveness of oil and gas products,the high risk in the operation of oil and gas pipelines,the large number of key components of infrastructure and the complexity of the system,and the frequent occurrence of oil and gas pipeline failure accidents at home and abroad,the research on the prevention and control of oil and gas pipelines in China is still lacking in systematization.This paper systematically reviews the development trend of accident causation theory,leakage monitoring technology and numerical simulation research at home and abroad,and on this basis,summarizes the challenges faced in constructing a systematic accident causation analysis model and the whole life cycle detection simulation,so as to provide a reference for improving the operation safety of oil and gas pipelines in China.
