综合性公立医院医用耗材精细化管理探讨

摘　　要：医用耗材是临床使用和医疗活动必不可少的物资基础,是医院运营成本的重要组成部分。随着全面药品加成、分级诊疗等改革措施的逐步落实,公立医院的经济运营将受到影响,医院应关注医用耗材精细化管理。本研究回顾了医用耗材精细化管理的内涵、结合医院医用耗材精细化管理工作实践,梳理医院医用耗材管理难点,总结医院医用耗材精细化管理的探索路径和应用成效,以期为大型综合公立医院科学合理使用医用耗材、完善医用耗材成本控制、提升服务质量和效率提供参考。Medical consumables are an essential material foundation for clinical use and medical activities,and are an important component of hospital operating costs.With the gradual implementation of reform measures such as comprehensive drug markup and graded diagnosis and treatment,the economic operation of public hospitals will be greatly affected,prompting hospitals to pay more attention to the refined management of medical consumables.This article reviewed the connotation of refined management of medical consumables,outlined the difficulties in managing medical consumables in hospitals based on the practice of refined management of medical consumables in hospitals,summarized the exploration path and application effectiveness of refined management of medical consumables in hospitals,in order to provide reference for large-scale comprehensive public hospitals to scientifically and reasonably use medical consumables,improve cost control of medical consumables,and improve service quality and efficiency.
