摘　　要：介绍劳绍贤教授基于五脏相关学说从心肝脾论治失眠的经验。劳教授认为,失眠主要病位在心,与肝、脾、胃密切相关,其病机为脾胃纳运失司,肝脾不和,心神受扰,致阴阳不能相交,气血失于和顺,故夜不安寐。治疗上,劳教授根据国医大师邓铁涛“五脏相关,以脾为本,他脏为标”学术思想,从中焦脾胃出发,以健脾和胃、调和肝脾、心脾同治为法,调理心肝脾(胃),使脏腑气血和顺,阴平阳秘,睡眠自安,临床使用自拟温胆安眠方、四逆散加减每获良效。This article summarized Professor Lao Shaoxian’s experience in treating insomnia from heart,liver and spleen based on the five-organ-related theory.Professor Lao believes that insomnia is mainly located in the heart,and is closely related to the liver,spleen and stomach,and the pathogenesis is that the spleen and stomach are out of control,the liver and spleen are not in harmony,and the heart and spirit are disturbed,resulting in the failure of yin and yang to communicate,and the loss of harmony between qi and blood,which leads to insomnia at night.According to national TCM master Deng Tietao’s“five organs are related;the spleen as the root;other organs as the superficiality”,Professor Lao starts from the middle-energizer of spleen and stomach,strengthens the spleen and stomach,harmonizes the liver and spleen,treats the heart and spleen simultaneously,regulate the heart,liver and spleen(stomach),so that the qi and blood of internal organs would be smooth,yin and yang would be in harmony,with sound sleep.In clinic,The self-made Wendan Anmian Prescription and Sini Powder have been proven to have good efficacy.
