摘  要:目的探索“师带徒制”人才培养模式在高等职业学校(以下简称“高职”)针灸推拿专业应用效果。方法将2020级针灸推拿专业学生为研究对象,第一学年在校理论学习结束后,以自愿报名的方式,组成2020级针灸推拿教学班作为干预组,对照组为2020级针灸推拿1班和2020级针灸推拿2班,干预组在第二学年到医院理论学习和临床实践,以双导师制(一徒双师)进行临床跟诊,对照组按照原人才培养方案规定,第二学年在学校进行理论学习。调查并分析以下指标:(1)第三学期和第四学期所有专业课程平均成绩;(2)实习前技能考核中第一站病案分析、第二站中医技能、第三站西医技能和技能考核总成绩。结果干预组医古文、方剂学、预防医学平均成绩与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但干预组在第三学期和第四学期的其他专业课程平均成绩、实习前技能考核每站的成绩和技能考核总成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“师带徒制”模式在高职针灸推拿专业人才培养中比传统人才培养模式更具有优势,值得推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the“apprenticeship”model in the training of acupuncture and moxibustion professionals in higher vocational colleges.This research assesses the impact of the apprenticeship model on talent cultivation in higher vocational Acupuncture-Moxibustion programs.Methods Students of 2020 Acupuncture-Moxibustion major served as the research subjects.Following the completion of the first year of on-campus theoretical study,a voluntary enrollment formed the 2020 Acupuncture-Moxibustion teaching class,designated as the intervention group.The remaining students were divided into Acupuncture-Massage Class 1 and Class 2 of 2020,serving as the control groups.The intervention group undertook hospital-based theoretical study and clinical practice in the second academic year,adopting a dual-mentor system for clinical follow-ups.The control groups continued their theoretical study at school as prescribed by the original talent cultivation program.Indices assessed included:(1)average grades for all specialized courses during the third and fourth semesters;and(2)pre-internship skills test results,including case analysis,traditional Chinese medical skills,Western medical skills,and the overall score.Results There was no significant difference in the average scores for the courses of Medical Ancient Prose,TCM Formulas,and Preventive Medicine between the intervention group and the control groups(P>0.05).However,the intervention group demonstrated significantly better performance in other specialized courses during the third and fourth semesters,and in all pre-internship skills test stations and overall results(P<0.05).Conclusion The“apprenticeship model”shows greater effectiveness in talent cultivation within higher vocational acupuncture-moxibustion programs compared to traditional methods,meriting further promotion.
