摘　　要：目的通过回顾性分析呼和浩特市蒙医中医医院(以下简称“我院”)门、急诊中成药不合理用药情况,了解中成药使用存在的问题,为进一步提高用药合理性提供数据支持。方法利用医院合理用药监测系统(PASS)随机抽取2019-2022年(每月100张)门急诊中成药处方4500张进行专项点评与不合理用药分析,并结合帕累托图分析造成不合理处方的主次因素。结果4500张处方中,不合理处方442张,处方合理率为90.18%,主要涉及超说明书适应证范围用药、用法用量与说明书不符、适应证不适宜、联合用药不适宜等内容,其中前3项内容为影响处方不合理用药的主要因素。结论基于我院在门急诊中成药使用方面存在的问题,结合不合理用药主次类型有针对性地加强干预措施,可为进一步提高我院中成药临床合理用药水平提供依据。Objective To investigate the problems in the use of Chinese patent medicines through retrospective analysis of the use of Chinese patent medicines in outpatient and emergency departments of Hohhot Mongolian Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”);To provide data support for further improving the rational use of drugs.Methods 4500 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines in outpatient and emergency departments from 2019 to 2022(100 prescriptions per month)were randomly selected by the Prescription Automatic Screening System for special comments and analysis of irrational prescription,and the primary and secondary factors causing irrational prescriptions were analyzed in combination with Pareto chart.Results Among the 4500 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines in outpatient and emergency departments,442 prescriptions were unreasonable,and the reasonable rate of prescriptions was 90.18%,which mainly involved the use of drugs beyond the scope of indications of the instructions,the use and dosage inconsistent with the instructions,inappropriate indications,and inappropriate combination of drugs.The first three items were the main factors affecting the irrational use of prescriptions.Conclusion Based on the problems in the use of Chinese patent medicines in outpatient and emergency departments in our hospital,targeted intervention measures combined with the primary and secondary types of irrational drug use should be performed to provide a basis for further improving the level of clinical rational medication of Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations in our hospital.
