摘 要:中药房是各大医院的重要窗口科室,中药师在中药房质量管理环节中起到重要作用,高专业素养的中药师能提供更优质的中药学服务。本文分析中药房中药学服务现状,指出当前中药房药师开展中药学服务存在的问题,并从加强中药房环境建设、为患者提供人性化服务、明确药师职责等方面提出提高中药学服务质量的有效措施,以期能对医院中药房药师中药学服务工作的开展起到一定借鉴意义。TCM pharmacies are important window departments in major hospitals,and TCM practitioners play an important role in the quality management of TCM pharmacies.Highly professional TCM practitioners can provide higher quality TCM services.This article analyzed the current situation of TCM services in TCM pharmacies,pointed out the problems that exist in the development of TCM services by pharmacists in TCM pharmacies,and proposed effective measures to improve the quality of TCM services from aspects such as strengthening the environmental construction of TCM pharmacies,providing humanized services for patients,and clarifying the responsibilities of pharmacists,with the purpose to provide some reference significance for the development of TCM services of pharmacists in TCM pharmacies of hospitals.
