摘　　要：纤维肌痛综合征是以慢性弥漫性躯体疼痛为主要临床表现的疾病,发病机制包括中枢敏化、神经递质分泌异常、氧化应激、自身免疫异常、肠道菌群紊乱等。目前本病中医非药物疗法多样,以针刺治疗为主,包括毫针刺法、火针等特殊针具疗法、针药联合、针灸等其他内外治法联用等,多操作简便、安全性较好,可缓解症状并提高患者生活质量。针刺治疗本病作用机制主要包括镇痛、免疫调节、肠道菌群调节等。Fibromyalgia syndrome is a disease with chronic diffuse body pain as the main clinical manifestation.The pathogenesis includes central sensitization,abnormal neurotransmitter secretion,oxidative stress,autoimmune abnormalities,and intestinal flora disorders.At present,there are various TCM non-drug treatment methodsfor this disease,mainly acupuncture treatment,including filiform needle acupuncture,fire needle and other special needle therapies,acupuncture combined with medicine,acupuncture and other internal and external treatment methods.It is easy to operate and has good safety,which can relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.The mechanism of acupuncture for the treatment of this disease mainly includes analgesia,immune regulation,intestinal flora regulation and so on.
