信息化视角下的战略型饲料企业财务管理研究

摘　　要：战略型饲料企业的发展计划往往比较精密,财务管理对于其发展计划的实施至关重要,在当前信息化视角下战略型饲料企业开展财务管理仍面临诸多难点,为进一步明晰这些难点,并制订有效的解决策略,文章采取文献法对战略型饲料企业的概念及其开展财务管理信息化的必要性进行分析,重点分析战略型饲料企业在信息化视角下开展财务管理面临的难点及解决策略。通过研究分析得出,当前战略性饲料企业开展财务管理面临的难点包括复合型财务人才匮乏、业财融合水平不足、财务数据安全性不达标以及财务信息化基础建设不足。通过制定针对性策略使这些难点迎刃而解,从而促使战略型饲料企业财务管理能与时俱进、高效化开展。The development plans of strategic feed enterprises are often quite precise,and financial management is crucial for the implementation of their development plans.Under the current perspective of informatization,strategic feed enterprises still face many difficulties in carrying out financial management.In order to further clarify these difficulties and formulate effective solutions,this article adopts the literature method to analyze the concept of strategic feed enterprises and the necessity of carrying out financial management informatization,with a focus on analyzing the difficulties and solutions faced by strategic feed enterprises in carrying out financial management from the perspective of informatization.Through research and analysis,it is found that the current difficulties faced by strategic feed enterprises in carrying out financial management include a lack of composite financial talents,insufficient integration of business and finance,inadequate financial data security standards,and insufficient financial information infrastructure construction.By formulating targeted strategies to overcome these difficulties,we can promote the financial management of strategic feed enterprises to keep up with the times and carry out efficiently.
