摘 要:基板玻璃是新兴显示技术的关键材料,其性能直接影响显示器的品质和成本。本文综述了基板玻璃在OLED、Mini-LED、Micro-LED等领域的应用现状与挑战,重点分析了尺寸大型化、轻薄化、高透光率、耐热性和柔韧性等方面亟待突破的技术难题。文章探讨了通过材料优化、先进加工、表面功能化和产业链协同创新等途径实现基板玻璃性能提升和成本控制的变革路径,并对未来研究方向提出建议,以期推动新兴显示产业的发展。Glass substrates are a key material in emerging display technologies,and their performance directly affects the quality and cost of displays.This article reviews the current applications and challenges of glass substrates in fields such as OLED,Micro-LED,flexible screens,and transparent displays,focusing on the technical difficulties that urgently need to be addressed in terms of size enlargement,thinning,high light transmittance,heat resistance,and flexibility.The paper explores innovative approaches to improve the performance and control the cost of glass substrates through material optimization,advanced processing,surface functionalization,and collaborative innovation in the industrial chain.Future research directions are proposed to promote the development of the emerging display industry.
