摘 要:液晶玻璃基板作为现代显示技术的关键组成部分,其清洁度对于保证产品质量至关重要。玻璃基板厂商主要通过清洗设备清除玻璃表面缺陷,从而达到提高玻璃表面清洁度的目的。由于环境、设备等因素,清洗设备较其它设备更容易产生微生物。因此,清洗设备的微生物防控成为了一个研究热点。本文旨在深入探讨液晶玻璃基板清洗过程中微生物的检测方法、污染途径、以及产生机理,以期为液晶玻璃基板生产的微生物防控提供有益参考。As a key component of modern display technology,the cleanliness of LCD glass substrate is essential to ensure the quality of product.To achieve the purpose of improving the cleanliness of the glass surface,Glass substrate manufacturers mainly remove glass surface defects through washing equipment.Washing equipment is more likely to produce microorganisms than other equipment due to environmental,equipment and other factors,.Therefore,the microbial control of washing equipment has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the detection method,pollution path and production mechanism of microorganisms in the washing process of LCD glass substrate are discussed in depth,in order to provide useful reference for the prevention and control of microorganisms in the production of LCD glass substrate.
