摘  要:本文采用小尺寸规格样品通过XRD及膨胀系数测试研究了不同热处理工艺对Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系统低膨胀微晶玻璃晶相及膨胀系数的影响。研究发现,当升温速率一定时,随着保温时间延长,膨胀系数先升高后趋于稳定,其中在“升温速率24℃/h、790℃保温120h”的热处理工艺下,所得样品具有更接近零的膨胀系数。This paper studied the influence of different heat treatment processes on Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) system by XRD detection and expansion coefficient test.It is found that when the heating rate is certain,the expansion coefficient firstly increases and then tends to stabilize with the prolongation of the holding time,in which the samples obtained when the heating rate is 24℃/h and the holding time is 120 h at 790℃have an expansion coefficient closer to zero.
