摘  要:本文以熔融法制备基础玻璃,在570℃进行一次热处理,在610℃进行二次热处理,制得透明偏硅酸锂微晶玻璃,旨在将传统锂铝硅玻璃的高透光性与微晶玻璃优异的力学性能相结合,探究化学强化对偏硅酸锂微晶玻璃光学性能和力学性能的影响,获得高透高强度的偏硅酸锂微晶玻璃材料。结果表明:经过二次强化后的透明偏硅酸锂微晶玻璃可见光透过率为90%±0.2,维氏硬度708±8 kgf/mm^(2),在80目砂纸上跌落高度为729 mm,断裂韧性为1.76MPa·m^(-1/2)。In this paper,the basic glass is prepared by melting method,and the primary heat treatment is performed at 570℃,and the secondary heat treatment is performed at 610℃ to obtain transparent lithium metasilicate glassceramics.The aim is to combine the high light transmission of traditional lithium aluminum-silicon glass with the excellent mechanical properties of glass-ceramics,and to explore the influence of chemical strengthening on the optical and mechanical properties of lithium metasilicate glass-ceramics.The mechanical properties of lithium metasilicate glass-ceramics were further improved by chemical strengthening,and the high-permeability and high-strength lithium metasilicate glass-ceramics were obtained.The results show that the visible light transmittance of the glass is 89.87%±0.2 and the Vickers hardness is 708±8 kgf/mm^(2).The drop height of on 80-mesh sandpaper is 566.67±50mm,and the fracture toughness is 1.76 MPa·m^(-1/2),which provides a basis for the application of transparent lithium metasilicate glass-ceramics as electronic screen protection materials.
