摘  要:本文利用经典方程(Johnson-Mehl-Avrami)分析了非化学计量的锂铝硅Li_(2)_O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)透明微晶玻璃的析晶动力学,采用DSC和XRD研究了晶化温度对玻璃析晶行为的影响。结果表明:在较低温度下基础玻璃中析出Li_(2)SiO_(3),随着温度升高晶相转化为Li_(2)Si_(2)O_(5)晶相;利用Kissinger方法计算出的Li_(2)SiO_(3)和Li_(2)Si2O5的析晶活化能分别为128.64 kJ/mol和254.70 kJ/mol。The crystallization kinetics of non-stoichiometric Li-Al-Si transparent glass-ceramics was analyzed by classical equation(Johnson-Mehl-Avrami).The effect of crystallization temperature on the 0 crystallization behavior of glassceramics was studied by DSC and XRD.The results show Li_(2)SiO_(3) is precipitated in the base glass,and the crystalline phase is transformed into Li_(2)Si2O5 crystalline phase with the increase of temperature.The crystallization activation energies of Li_(2)SiO_(3) and Li_(2)Si_(2)O_(5) calculated by Kissinger method are 128.64 kJ/mol and 254.70 kJ/mol,respectively.
