摘  要:玻璃退火点温度与应变点温度的测定对玻璃制品的生产控制起着非常重要的作用,一个合适的退火温度范围是玻璃获得良好退火质量的关键。为了提高玻璃退火点、应变点的检测精度,本文通过对玻璃样品丝的直径大小、检测环境、作业人员习惯及测试参数等方面的研究。总结出:玻璃样品丝在一定条件下制备并检测,可将平行样间退火点和应变点温度差值由18℃减少至6℃以内。The measurement of glass annealing point temperature and strain point temperature plays a very important role in the production control of glass products.A suitable annealing temperature range is the key to obtain good annealing quality of glass.In order to improve the detection accuracy of glass annealing point and strain point,the diameter of glass sample wire,detection environment,operator habits and test parameters are studied in this paper.It is concluded that the temperature difference between the annealing point and the strain point between parallel samples can be reduced from 18℃to less than 6℃when the glass sample wire is prepared and tested under certain conditions.
