摘 要:液晶玻璃切割目前普遍用刀轮切割,成本低廉,但刀轮切割技术在实际使用过程中会产生裂片、粉尘、裂纹等问题,在未来大尺寸、超薄玻璃切割时会逐渐已适用。针对这种问题,新的激光切割技术会逐渐显现出优势,因为激光切割的能源聚焦切割效果可有效避免出现玻璃裂纹、粉尘、裂片等问题,而且随着激光应用技术的发展,切割成本也会逐渐下降。In view of the development of liquid crystal glass cutting technology,the cutter wheel cutting method is generally applicable at present,and the cutting method is low cost,but the cutter wheel cutting technology will produce problems such as cracks,dust,and cracks in the actual use process,and will gradually no longer be applicable to largesize and ultra-thin glass cutting in the future.In response to this problem,the new laser cutting technology will gradually show its advantages,because the energy-focused cutting effect of laser cutting can effectively avoid problems such as glass cracks,dust,and chips,and with the development of laser application technology,the cutting cost will gradually decrease.
