摘　　要：在液晶基板玻璃生产过程中,窑炉熔制是玻璃制造的核心制程。本文主要通过从铂金通道易侧漏点,电极材料的选型,电极侵蚀,电极推进等方面论述窑炉寿命的影响。结果表明:在液晶基板玻璃生产过程中,需重点关注喉管膨胀点,通道各法兰连接处材料的挥发对窑炉通道寿命影响较大。其次玻璃窑炉电极的选型,侵蚀和推进对玻璃窑炉的寿命至关重要,由于电极受侵蚀后,通常采用推进的方式进行减少电极砖间距,稳定熔制温度及温度梯度来稳定窑炉工艺,因此在后期窑炉冷修时,通过逐步提升内部的电极长度,可进一步延长窑炉的运行寿命。In the production process of liquid crystal substrate glass,furnace melting is the core process of glass manufacturing.This article mainly discusses the impact of the kiln life from the easy side leakage points of the platinum channel,the selection of electrode materials,electrode erosion,and electrode advancement.The results show that during the production process of liquid crystal substrate glass,it is necessary to focus on the expansion point of the throat.The volatilization of materials at the flange connections of the channel has a greater impact on the life of the kiln channel.Secondly,the selection of glass furnace electrodes,erosion and advancement are crucial to the life of the glass furnace.After the electrodes are eroded,advancement is usually used to reduce the distance between electrode bricks and stabilize the melting temperature and temperature gradient to stabilize the furnace.process,so during the later cold repair of the kiln,by gradually increasing the length of the internal electrodes,the operating life of the kiln can be further extended.
