摘  要:在国内外关于建材产品气味评价及气味阈值测定方法中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和聚氟乙烯(PVF)材质的气袋作为气味散发和采集的样本容器被广泛使用。样本容器材质的吸附性和渗透性是影响气味评价的关键因素之一。本文使用气相色谱研究苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、乙醇、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等建材产品释放的气味物质在两种材质气袋中浓度随时间的变化趋势,通过测定目标物质由气袋迁移至环境测试舱的浓度,对两种气袋材质的渗透性进行评价,并对使用不同材质储存的气味样本感官评价结果进行对比。结果表明,PET和PVF气袋对于典型建材产品释放的气味物质的回收率均在80%以上,PVF比PET有更低的吸附性,同时两种材质气袋均不会导致目标物质向外渗透。两种材质对于气味评价结果没有统计学意义上的差异,均可作为样本容器进行气味评价试验。Both domestic and international methods for evaluating the odour and determining the odour threshold of building materials widely use sample bags made of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and polyvinyl fluoride(PVF)as containers for odour emission and collection.The adsorption and permeability of the sample container material are key factors affecting odour evaluation.This paper utilizes gas chromatography to investigate the concentration trends over time of typical odour substances released from building materials,such as benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,o-xylene,ethanol,n-butanol,ethyl acetate,and butyl acetate,in sample bags made of these two materials.By measuring the concentration of target substances migrating from the bags to the environmental test chamber,the permeability of the two sample bag materials is evaluated.Additionally,sensory evaluation results of odour samples stored in different materials are compared.The results show that the recovery rates of typical odour substances released from building materials are over 80%for both PET and PVF sample bags.PVF has lower adsorption than PET,and neither material causes outward migration of the target substances.There is no statistically significant difference in odour evaluation results between the two materials,and both can be used as sample containers for odour evaluation tests.
