摘 要:研究了泵送高抛自密实混凝土的硬化性能,通过控制水胶比与胶凝材料总量等关键参数,采用粉煤灰与矿粉双掺25%的配比制备了满足泵送要求的C40自密实混凝土。由试验可知,随着水胶比的降低,自密实混凝土强度、弹性模量提升的同时电通量降低;随着胶凝材料总量的增加,自密实混凝土同样强度得到提升且电通量降低,但与弹性模量相关性不大。所制备的泵送C40自密实混凝土28d抗压强度为53.4MPa、56d抗压强度为61.3MPa及电通量为764C,各项指标均满足规范要求,较好满足了混凝土硬化性能的需要,表明具有优异的强度和耐久性。This paper investigates the hardening properties of pumped high-throw self-compacting concrete.By controlling key parameters such as the water-binder ratio and total amount of cementitious materials,a C40 selfcompacting concrete that meets the pumping requirements is prepared with 25%ratio of fly ash and mineral powder.The experiments show that as the water-binder ratio decreases,the strength and elastic modulus of self-compacting concrete increase while the electrical flux decreases.With the increase of the total amount of cementitious materials,the strength of self-compacting concrete is also improved and the electrical flux is reduced,but the correlation with the elastic modulus is not significant.The 28-day compressive strength of the prepared C40 self-compacting concrete is 53.4MPa,the 56-day compressive strength is 61.3MPa,and the electrical flux is 764C.All indicators meet the standard requirements and the needs of concrete hardening performance,indicating it possesses excellent strength and durability.
