摘 要:为解决建筑制冷、保暖产生的建筑能源损耗问题,设计一种新型绿色轻质高强自保温泡沫混凝土砌块。将聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒、空心玻璃微珠(HGB)、膨胀珍珠岩和泡沫混凝土制成复合泡沫混凝土,测试其抗压强度、孔隙率、吸水率、导热系数、燃烧质量损失率,探讨骨料比例对其性能的影响。结果表明,在EPS、膨胀珍珠岩掺量固定时,一定掺量的HGB能增加复合泡沫混凝土的抗压强度,降低吸水率,减小孔隙率,提升保温性能。当HGB掺量为21%时,导热系数为0.09W/(m·K)、干密度为424.4kg/m^(3),均达到聚苯乙烯泡沫混凝土A4等级,抗压强度为0.39MPa,达到C0.2等级,燃烧性能达到A级,并有优异的保温性能。当HGB掺量为10.5%时,干密度为594.6kg/m^(3)、导热系数为0.134W/(m·K),均达到聚苯乙烯泡沫混凝土A6等级,抗压强度为1.55MPa,达到C1.5等级,燃烧性能达到A级,并有较高的强度。In order to solve the problem of building energy consumption caused by building refrigeration and heat preservation,a new type of green light-weight and high-strength self-insulation foam concrete block is designed.Polystyrene(EPS)particles,hollow glass beads(HGB)and expanded perlite are compounded with foam concrete to make a type of composite foam concrete.By testing the compressive strength,porosity,water absorption,thermal conductivity,combustion mass loss rate of the concrete,the influence of three aggregate proportions on its properties are discussed.The results show that when the content of EPS and expanded perlite is fixed,a certain amount of HGB can increase the compressive strength of composite foam concrete,reduce the water absorption,reduce the porosity and improve the thermal insulation performance.When the content of HGB is 21%,the thermal conductivity is 0.09w/(m·K)and the dry density is 424.4 kg/m^(3),both reaching grade A4 of polystyrene foam concrete,the compressive strength is 0.39MPa,reaching grade C0.2,the combustion performance reaches grade A,and it has excellent thermal insulation performance.When the content of glass beads is 10.5%,the dry density is 594.6kg/m^(3),the thermal conductivity of 0.134w/(m·K),both reaching the grade A6,the compressive strength is 1.55MPa,reaching grade C1.5,the combustion performance reaches grade A,and it has high strength.
