防火阻燃型耐候硅酮密封胶的制备与性能

摘　　要：硅酮密封胶作为重要的封堵粘结材料,在建筑领域被广泛使用。随着建筑物对消防要求的提高,对硅酮密封胶也提出了新的防火阻燃要求。本文构筑了一种有机阻燃剂和无机防火陶瓷粉的复合搭配方案,制备了具有良好阻燃和防火功能的硅酮密封胶。结果显示,当有机物三聚氰胺聚脲酸盐(MC-151)添加量达到20wt%时,该密封胶阻燃性能可达到FV-0级。随着无机复合陶瓷粉CFR-1s971的引入,所制备密封胶在1000℃马弗炉中保温3h可实现陶瓷化,并保持陶瓷体完整。该密封胶可经受0.5h酒精喷灯灼烧而不发生烧穿,具备良好的防火阻燃效果。当CFR-1s971添加量达到15wt%时,该密封胶的力学性能最佳,最大拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到2.12MPa和275%。同时,该密封胶各项理化性能测试显示,其具有良好的耐腐蚀性和耐候性。Silicone sealant is an important sealing and bonding material,which is widely used in construction field.With the increasing requirements of fire protection for buildings,synthesis of silicon sealant with both excellent fireproof and flame-retardant properties are desired.In this paper,organic flame retardant and inorganic ceramic powder are added into silicon sealants to synthesize materials with both flame retardant and fireproof features.The results show that the flame retardant performance of the silicone sealant reaches FV-0 when MC-151 addition is 20wt%.With the introduction of composite ceramic powder CFR-1s971 into the sealant,the sealant can achieve ceramicization and maintain the integrity of ceramic body after heated in a 1000℃muffle furnace for 3 hours.And the sealant can withstand 0.5 hour of alcohol torch flame without burning through.When CFR-1s971 addition is 15wt%,the mechanical properties of silicone sealant are optimal,with the maximum tensile strength and broken elongation of 2.12MPa and 275%,respectively.Meanwhile,the physical and chemical properties tests show that the sealant has good corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
