摘 要:锚网索支护是煤巷有效的支护形式,在高应力作用下沿空巷道围岩变形量大、支护结构易失效,锚网索支护煤巷安全性问题较为突出。针对深井沿空巷道顶板离层与围岩大变形挤压破坏特点,将稳定性安全评价重点聚焦于巷道围岩变形与支护结构破坏两方面。基于模糊综合评价理论建立深井沿空巷道锚网索支护综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算评价指标体系内各因素的权重。采用理论分析、数值模拟及工程类比等方法,得到沿空巷道顶板离层临界值的理论解,确定巷道锚杆、锚索的抗拉临界荷载值,定义深井沿空巷道围岩变形分级,建立沿空巷道围岩变形与支护结构受力分级评价标准。基于Visual Studio 2019开发环境与.NET Framework 4.0平台,采用C#高级编程语言开发深井沿空巷道锚网索支护安全评价系统,设计煤柱宽度优化、锚网索支护参数设计、安全评价、规范查询、用户管理等5大功能模块,实现沿空巷道煤柱宽度优化及锚网索支护参数设计;基于矿压监测数据对巷道围岩与支护结构作出安全性评价,验证了该系统的实用性和准确性。Bolt-net-cable support is an effective support form of coal roadway.When subjected to high stress,it is easy for the deformation of surrounding rock along the goaf and the supporting structure to break and fail.The safety problem of bolt-net-cable-support is more prominent.In view of the large deformation and extrusion failure characteristics of the roof separation and surrounding rock along the goaf of deep well,the focus is on assessing the stability and safety concerning the deformation of surrounding rock and the failure of supporting structure.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the comprehensive evaluation index system of the bolt-net-cable support along the gob-side groove of the deep well is established,and the weight of each factor in the evaluation index system is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering analogy,the analytical solution of the critical value of the roof separation along the goaf is obtained.Furthermore,the tensile critical load value of the bolt and cable along the goaf is determined,the deformation classification of the surrounding rock is defined along the goaf along the deep well,and the evaluation standard for the deformation of the surrounding rock is established along the goaf and the stress of the supporting structure.Based on Visual Studio 2019 development environment and.NET Framework 4.0 platform,the C#advanced programming language is used to develop the safety evaluation system of bolt-net-cable support along the goaf of the deep well.The system comprises coal pillar width optimization,bolt-netcable support parameter design,safety evaluation,specification query,and user management.The optimization of the coal pillar width along the gob-side channel and the design of bolt-net-cable support parameters are realized.Based on the monitoring data of mine pressure,the safety evaluation of surrounding rock and supporting structure is made,and the practicability and accuracy of the system are verified.
