摘 要:针对矿用乳化液泵中连杆衬套压入装配,对压入装配时的孔径收缩量进行仿真与试验研究。根据材料力学双圆筒组合过盈装配理论,推导衬套内径收缩量计算式。应用有限元分析软件进行仿真计算,分析衬套在与连杆小端过盈连接时,过盈量和连杆小端尺寸不变,衬套壁厚对衬套内径收缩量的影响。仿真结果和理论计算结果基本一致,衬套壁厚对衬套内径收缩量的影响微小。通过衬套压入试验,同样验证了这一结论。针对需求调整衬套内径的公差,减少二次加工工序,进而提高可靠性。Aiming at the press-in assembly of connecting rod bushing in mining emulsion pump,the aperture shrinkage during press-in assembly was simulated and experimentally studied.According to material mechanics bi-cylinder combine interference assembly theory,the calculation formula of the inner diameter shrinkage of the bushing was derived.The finite element analysis software was used to carry out simulation and calculation,and the influence of the wall thickness of the bushing on the inner diameter shrinkage of the bushing was analyzed when the bushing was interference connected with the small end of the connecting rod,and the interference fit and small end size of connecting rod remained uncharged.The simulation result is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation result,and the influence of the wall thickness of the bushing on the inner diameter shrinkage of the bushing is small.This conclusion was also verified by the bushing press-in test.It is to adjust the tolerance of the inner diameter of the bushing to meet the needs and reduce the number of secondary operations,thereby improving reliability.
