摘 要:为了解决高压缩比弹簧在压缩和输送过程中容易出现径向拱起及跳簧的问题,设计了一种高压缩袋装弹簧机。介绍了高压缩袋装弹簧机的工作原理,分析了结构,并进行了试验。高压缩袋装弹簧机通过压缩输送机构和限位机构的配合,有效解决弹簧压缩过程中易跳簧的问题,能够满足生产要求。通过弹簧压缩试验,验证用较细线径高压缩比弹簧代替普通弹簧的可行性,可为床垫企业节约钢丝成本。In order to solve the problem that high compression ratio spring is prone to radial arching and jumping in the process of compression and transportation,a high-compression pocket spring machine was designed.The working principle of the high-compression pocket spring machine was introduced,the structure was analyzed,and the test was carried out.The high-compression pocket spring machine effectively solves the problem of easy jumping in the process of spring compression through the cooperation of compression conveying mechanism and limiting mechanism,which can meet the production requirement.Through the spring compression test,the feasibility of replacing ordinary spring with thinner wire diameter and high-compression ratio spring was verified,which can save the cost of steel wire for mattress enterprise.
