摘　　要：有机农业在促进资源循环利用、增强生态系统内生力、加强生产者与消费者互动、振兴乡村经济、创造宜居环境等方面发挥着重要作用,具有显著的环境、经济和社会效益。文章根据国家“农业绿色转型”政策精神,以湖北省襄阳市“中国有机谷”核心区土地利用和有机农业发展为研究对象,充分发挥资源开发利用与互补、经济空间集聚与扩散、政府决策引导与调控等方面的综合作用,通过加快有机产业基地建设、完善有机产业标准化体系、加强有机产业科技创新,建成有机产品交易平台,促进土地资源集约有效合理利用和常规农业生态化改造,为绿色农业发展提供新视野和新路径,推动区域社会经济高质量发展。Organic agriculture plays an important role in promoting resource recycling,enhancing the endogenous force of the ecosystem,strengthening the interaction between producers and consumers,revitalizing the rural economy,and creating a livable environment,etc.,and has significant environmental,economic and social benefits.According to the spirit of the national policy of"green transformation of agriculture",this paper takes the land use and organic agriculture development in the core area of"China Organic Valley"in Xiangyang City,Hubei Province as the object of research,and gives full play to the integrated utilization of resources development and complementation,economic spatial agglomeration and diffusion,governmental decisionmaking,guidance and regulation,etc.The paper also focuses on the development of the"China Organic Valley".By accelerating the construction of organic industry bases,perfecting the standardization system of organic industry,strengthening the scientific and technological innovation of organic industry,and completing the trading platform of organic products,it promotes the intensive,effective and rational use of land resources and the ecological transformation of conventional agriculture,provides a new vision and a new path for the development of green agriculture,and pushes forward the high-quality development of regional socio-economy.
