摘 要:超大规模多输入多输出(Extremely Large-scale Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,XL-MIMO)是未来6G通信系统的一个关键潜在技术,显著提高了系统的安全性、能量效率、空间效率和鲁棒性。XL-MIMO信道的研究对于系统设计和部署十分重要。此外,为解决频谱紧张的问题,中频段(7~24 GHz)将作为6G潜在的应用频段之一,未来XL-MIMO系统也有可能应用在此频段。随着天线阵列尺寸的进一步增大,XL-MIMO信道将呈现出近场和空间非平稳特性,给XL-MIMO信道建模带来了挑战。为研究中频段下XL-MIMO信道近场与空间非平稳特性,在城市宏蜂窝(Urban Macro-cell,UMa)场景下进行了13 GHz XL-MIMO信道测量,通过多径参数分析了近场和空间非平稳特性。分析结果发现,近场球面波会造成多径角度在阵列域上的偏移,空间非平稳效应会造成多径功率、角度扩展在阵列域上的不均匀分布,为6G XL-MIMO信道建模提供了一些参考。Extremely Large-scale Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(XL-MIMO)is a key potential technology for 6G communication systems,which significantly improves the security,energy efficiency,spatial efficiency,and robustness of the system.The study of XL-MIMO channels is very important for system design and deployment.In addition,to solve the problem of spectrum shortage,the mid-band(7~24 GHz)will be one of the potential application frequency bands for 6G,and the XL-MIMO system may also be applied in this frequency band.As the scale of the antenna array increases,the XL-MIMO channel will appear near-field and spatial non-stationary characteristics,which brings challenges to the XL-MIMO channel modeling.To study the near-field and spatial non-stationary characteristics of the XL-MIMO channel under the mid-band,the XL-MIMO channel under 13 GHz was measured in the Urban Macro-cell(UMa)scenario,and the near-field and spatial non-stationary characteristics were analyzed through multipath parameters.Analysis results show that the near-field spherical wave will cause the multipath angle to shift in the array domain.The spatial non-stationary effect will cause the uneven distribution of multipath power and angle spread in the array domain.Above observations provide some insights for 6G XL-MIMO channel modeling.
