摘 要:随着船舶运输行业的蓬勃发展,船舶尾气带来的污染也愈发严重,氮氧化物(NO_(x))为其中主要污染物。氨气-选择性催化还原(NH_(3)-SCR)是目前最有效的脱硝方法,催化剂是技术的核心部分。整体式催化剂具有机械强度高和传热性能好等特点,是应用最广泛的商业催化剂。文章综述了用于NH_(3)-SCR的船舶整体式催化剂载体的预处理方法、挤出成型法和涂层涂覆法及其优缺点,重点总结了浆料涂覆法的涂覆式催化剂研究进展。船舶排放尾气成分复杂,二氧化硫、水蒸气、颗粒物等都会对NH_(3)-SCR催化剂产生不利影响,因此对催化剂耐中毒性能机理、催化剂的SCR活性和耐复杂污染物中毒性能进行了综合分析和总结。With the vigorous development of the shipping industry,the pollution caused by ship exhaust gases has become increasingly serious,with nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))being the primary pollutant.Selective catalytic reduction with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR)is currently the most effective denitrification method,and the catalyst is the core component of the technology.Monolithic catalysts are the primary commercial catalysts,exhibiting characteristics of high mechanical strength and excellent heat transfer performance.The pre-treatment methods,extrusion molding methods,and coating methods for marine monolithic catalysts used for NH_(3)-SCR,as well as their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed.The research progress of slurry coating methods was emphatically summarized.The composition of marine exhaust emissions was complex,including SO_(2),H_(2)O,PM,among others,poses adverse effects on NH_(3)-SCR catalysts.This paper comprehensively analyzed and summarized the mechanism of catalyst poisoning,SCR activity,and complex gases poisoning resistance.
