摘 要:通过收集天津生态城所在北部海域围填海实施前后的海洋环境监测数据,分析其时空分布特征,结合2010年—2018年间生态城围填海实施过程,研究围填海施工对于海洋水环境的影响。结果表明:天津北部海域的近岸海域平均综合污染指数在整个填海周期呈现下降趋势。天津北部海域主要污染物为无机氮、磷酸盐及COD,重金属含量不高;陆源污染物输入是填海前期海域主要的污染物来源,临近海域开发活动造成污染物输入因素不容忽视。围填海将造成海域整体流速降低,且在填海区边角位置,扩散条件随水文条件急剧变化,造成了填海后期海域污染物监测指标离散度升高。This paper collected the marine environmental monitoring data before and after the implementation of reclamation in the northern sea area encompassing Tianjin Eco-City.It examined the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and investigated the impact of reclamation construction on the marine water environment combined with the implementation process of Tianjin Eco-City reclamation from 2010 to 2018.The results show that the ACI of the coastal waters north of Tianjin exhibits a downward trend during the whole reclamation cycle.The main pollutants in the north sea area of Tianjin are DIN,DIP and COD,and the content of heavy metals is not high.The input of pollutants from land source is the main source of pollutants in the pre-reclamation sea area,and the input of pollutants caused by the development activities in the adjacent sea area cannot be ignored.Reclamation leads to a decrease in the overall flow velocity of the sea area,and at the corners of the reclamation area,the diffusion conditions change sharply with the hydrological conditions,resulting in an increase in the dispersion of pollutant monitoring indicators in the sea area during the late reclamation period.
