摘 要:针对6082-T6铝合金,从材料力学性能、轴压与偏压构件稳定承载力、受弯构件受力性能方面进行了系统试验和数值仿真研究;建立了国产铝合金构件试验数据库,评估了中、欧、美规范及DSM、CSM共5种设计方法的可靠度水平;对6082-T6铝合金圆管及泡沫铝填充复合管开展侧向冲击试验与数值仿真研究,提出了构件动态响应计算方法,并建立了冲击下构件变形的预测方法;针对超大跨度铝合金巨型网格结构开展了探索性研究,提出了适用于超大跨度结构的新型节点形式及稳定受力性能分析。研究成果将对6082-T6铝合金构件及结构在工程中的推广应用、提升结构的承载与抗冲击防御能力提供依据与技术支撑。For 6082-T6 aluminum alloy,series of systematic experiments and numerical simulations were carried out on the mechanical properties of the material,the stable bearing capacity of components under axial and eccentric compression,as well as the mechanical behavior of bending components.Additionally,a test database of domestic aluminum alloy was established,and the reliability levels of five design methods including Chinese,European and American standards,as well as DSM and CSM were evaluated.Lateral impact tests and numerical simulations were conducted on 6082-T6 aluminum alloy circular tubes and aluminum foam-filled composite tubes.A calculation method for the dynamic response of the tube was proposed and the prediction method on the deformation of the component under impact was established.Exploratory research was also carried out on ultra-large span aluminum alloy mage-grid structures,and a new type of joint and stability analysis of these structures was proposed.The research provides a basis and technical support for the application of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy members and structures in engineering,as well as for enhancing the load-bearing and anti-impact defense capabilities of structures.
