摘　　要：探讨晚期消化道恶性肿瘤辅助热疗在基层医院的应用价值。选取2021年10月—2023年10月仁怀市人民医院收治的50例晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各25例。治疗组行化疗或(和)靶向治疗联合深部射频热疗,对照组行单纯化疗或(和)靶向治疗,每周两次,4~8个周期为1个疗程,评价两组患者治疗两个周期后的疗效。结果显示,治疗组治疗总有效率、疾病控制率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗两个周期后,治疗组生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,针对基层医院晚期消化道恶性肿瘤患者实施规范治疗的同时行深部射频热疗,能够有效控制患者的疾病进展,延长患者的生存时间,提高患者的生活质量,且患者的不良反应较少,具有较高的应用价值。Exploring the application value of adjuvant hyperthermia for advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumors in primary hospitals.Fifty patients with advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumors admitted to Renhuai People’s Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 25 patients in each group.The treatment group received chemotherapy or(and)targeted therapy combined with deep ra-diofrequency hyperthermia,while the control group received simple chemotherapy or(and)targeted therapy twice a week,with 4-8 cycles as one course of treatment.The efficacy of the two groups of patients after two cycles of treatment was evaluated.The results showed that the total effective rate and disease control rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After two cycles of treatment,the improvement in quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that implementing standardized treatment for patients with advanced gastrointestinal malignancies in primary hospitals while undergoing deep radiofrequency hyperthermia can effectively control disease progression,prolong patient survival time,improve patient quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions,making it highly valuable for application.
