镍钛记忆合金环抱器切开复位内固定术与非手术治疗老年外伤多发性肋骨骨折的临床效果对比

摘　　要：分析对老年外伤多发性肋骨骨折患者采取镍钛记忆合金环抱器切开复位内固定术及非手术治疗的效果。选取2019年1月—2023年1月医院收治的52例老年外伤多发性肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为参考组与试验组两组,每组各26例。参考组行非手术治疗,试验组行镍钛记忆合金环抱器切开复位内固定术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,试验组骨折愈合情况优于参考组(P<0.05);试验组下床活动时间、镇痛时间及住院时间均短于参考组(P<0.05)。研究发现,镍钛记忆合金环抱器切开复位内固定术在老年外伤多发性肋骨骨折治疗中效果较佳,可对患者骨折愈合起到明显的促进作用,有助于减轻患者疼痛,减少相关并发症,从而提升患者的生活质量,具有临床推广价值。Analyze the effects of open reduction and internal fixation with nickel titanium memory alloy embracing device and non-surgical treatment on elderly patients with multiple rib fractures caused by trauma.52 elderly patients with multiple rib fractures caused by trauma admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 26 cases in each group.The reference group underwent non-surgical treatment,while the experimental group underwent open reduction and internal fixation with nickel titanium memory alloy embracing device.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the fracture healing of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The experimental group had shorter bed activity time,pain relief time,and hospitalization time than the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that the nickel titanium memory alloy embracing device for open reduction and internal fixation is more effective in the treatment of multiple rib fractures in elderly patients with trauma.It can significantly promote fracture healing,help alleviate pain,reduce related complications,and improve patients’quality of life.It has clinical promotion value.
