强力枇杷膏(蜜炼)治疗肺结核引发的咳嗽疗效观察

摘　　要：研究针对肺结核引发咳嗽的患者应用强力枇杷膏(蜜炼)治疗的临床疗效。选择六盘水市第三人民医院2022年10月—2023年10月收治的80例因肺结核引发咳嗽的患者为研究对象,使用抽签法将其分为比对组(n=40,应用化疗药物抗结核治疗联合乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒治疗)、试验组[n=40,于化疗药物抗结核治疗基础上联合应用强力枇杷膏(蜜炼)治疗],比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,试验组治疗有效率高于比对组,入睡时间短于比对组,夜间咳嗽次数少于比对组,治疗时间、咳嗽停止时间短于比对组,咳嗽、咳痰等症状好转情况优于比对组,并发症发生率低于比对组,各项生活质量指标评分高于比对组,上述指标对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,临床针对肺结核引发咳嗽的患者,在化疗药物抗结核治疗基础上联合应用强力枇杷膏(蜜炼)治疗,可缓解患者咳嗽、咳痰等症状,缩短患者咳嗽停止时间,且治疗的安全性高,并发症发生率低,有利于提高患者生活质量。Study the clinical efficacy of using strong loquat paste(honey refining)to treat patients with cough caused by pulmonary tuberculosis.Eighty patients with cough caused by pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Liupanshui from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=40,treated with chemotherapy drugs combined with acetylcysteine granules)and an experimental group[n=40,treated with chemotherapy drugs combined with strong loquat paste(honey refining)using a lottery method].The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed.The results showed that after treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the time to fall asleep was shorter than that of the control group,the number of nighttime coughs was less than that of the control group,the treatment time and cough cessation time were shorter than those of the control group,the improvement of cough,sputum and other symptoms was better than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of various quality of life indicators were higher than those of the control group.The differences in the above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that in clinical practice,for patients with cough caused by pulmonary tuberculosis,the combination of chemotherapy drugs and strong loquat paste(honey refining)can alleviate symptoms such as cough and sputum,shorten the time for patients to stop coughing,and have high drug safety and low incidence of complications,which is conducive to improving patients’quality of life.
