摘 要:探讨针对重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)重症心肺损伤患者应用脉搏指示连续心排血量(pulse indicator continous cadiac output,PICCO)技术进行液体容量管理的效果。选取2021年8月—2023年6月医院收治的60例需行液体容量管理的ICU重症心肺损伤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各30例。对照组应用中心静脉压技术干预,研究组应用PICCO技术干预,比较两组患者各项指标。结果显示,治疗后,研究组LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SVRI、EVLWI均低于对照组,GEDVI、CFI均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ICU住院时间、机械通气时间均短于对照组,肺部感染发生率、30天内死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对ICU重症心肺损伤患者应用PICCO技术进行液体容量管理的效果显著,可缩短患者的ICU住院时间,改善患者的心功能及预后结局,应用价值较高。Exploring the effectiveness of using pulse indicator continuous cardiac output(PICCO)technology for fluid volume management in patients with severe cardiopulmonary injury in the intensive care unit(ICU).Sixty ICU patients with severe heart and lung injury requiring fluid volume management admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group applied central venous pressure technology,while the study group applied PICCO technology to compare various indicators between the two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the LVEF level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the LVEDD and LVESD levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The SVRI and EVLWI of the research group were lower than those of the control group,while GEDVI and CFI were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The ICU stay and mechanical ventilation time of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of pulmonary infection and mortality within 30 days were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of PICCO technology for fluid volume management in ICU patients with severe cardiopulmonary injury has significant effects,can shorten the ICU stay of patients,improve their cardiac function and prognosis,and has high application value.
