基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式在病案首页质量管理中的效果分析

摘　　要：探究基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式在病案首页质量管理中的效果。2023年2月—2023年10月,以病案首页管理为研究主题,设定研究时间。纳入2023年2月—2023年6月1000例住院治疗患者病案资料为对照组,实施常规管理模式;纳入2023年7月—2023年10月1000例住院治疗患者病案资料为观察组,实施基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式。结果显示,观察组病案首页数据质量优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病案首页管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病案首页合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病案首页管理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施基于PDCA循环理论的质控管理模式可提高病案首页数据质量优良率、病案首页管理质量评分、病案首页合格率及病案首页管理满意度,值得临床推广。Explore the effectiveness of the quality control management model based on the PDCA cycle theory in the quality management of medical record front pages.From February 2023 to October 2023,with the management of medical record front pages as the research theme,according to the research time,1000 hospitalized patients’medical record data from February 2023 to June 2023 were included as the control group,and a conventional management mode was implemented;Include 1000 hospitalized patients’medical records from July 2023 to October 2023 as the observation group,and implement a quality control management model based on the PDCA cycle theory.The results showed that the excellent rate of data quality on the first page of medical records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality score of medical record homepage management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The qualification rate of the first page of medical records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction with the management of the first page of medical records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing a quality control management model based on the PDCA cycle theory can improve the excellent rate of medical record homepage data quality,medical record homepage management quality score,medical record homepage qualification rate,and medical record homepage management satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
