摘　　要：分析重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)护士为重症患者提供早期功能锻炼指导的护理体验。研究时间为2021年5月—2022年5月,研究对象为滨州医学院附属医院ICU的10名护士。采取半结构化访谈的方式,分析ICU护士为重症患者实施早期功能锻炼护理的经验和感受。通过分析得出以下4个研究主题:①借力医护患有效沟通与配合;②缺少实施规范和管理制度;③面临实施困难和护理压力;④渴望专业团队和辅助设备。结果显示,改进后,护士的满意度评分高于改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,在引导重症患者进行早期功能锻炼的过程中,既要有效运用正向引导,又要加快管理规范和操作指引的构建,从改善人力资源和辅助设备配置等多个角度研究改进对策,以优化患者的护理效果。Analyze the nursing experience of intensive care unit(ICU)nurses providing early functional exercise guidance to critically ill patients.The research period was from May 2021 to May 2022,and the study subjects were 10 nurses in the ICU of Binzhou Medical University Hospital.Adopting a semi-structured interview approach,analyze the experience and feelings of ICU nurses in implementing early functional exercise nursing for critically ill patients.Through analysis,the following four research themes have been identified:①Leveraging effective communication and cooperation between healthcare professionals and patients;②Lack of implementation standards and management systems;③Faced with implementation difficulties and nursing pressure;④Desire for a professional team and auxiliary equipment.The results showed that after the improvement,the satisfaction score of nurses was higher than before the improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that in guiding critically ill patients to engage in early functional exercise,it is necessary to effectively utilize positive guidance while accelerating the construction of management norms and operational guidelines.Improvement strategies should be studied from multiple perspectives,such as improving human resources and auxiliary equipment configuration,to optimize patient care outcomes.
