针灸结合健脾温肾法对脾肾阳虚证单纯性肥胖的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：观察脾肾阳虚证单纯性肥胖采用针灸结合健脾温肾法治疗的效果。以2022年1月—2023年1月作为研究时间,以72例脾肾阳虚证单纯性肥胖患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者平均分为单一组和联合组,每组各36例。单一组采用健脾温肾法进行治疗,联合组采用针灸结合健脾温肾法治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者身体指标、血脂水平,统计两组患者临床疗效及依从性。结果显示,治疗后,联合组各项身体指标水平均低于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组各项血脂指标均优于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率和治疗总依从率高于单一组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对脾肾阳虚证单纯性肥胖患者采用针灸结合健脾温肾法进行治疗,可优化患者BMI,有效调节患者血脂水平,提高患者治疗总有效率,值得应用。To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney on simple obesity of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.From January 2022 to January 2023,72 patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome and simple obesity were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a single group and a combination group using a random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The single group was treated with invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney,while the combined group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney.Compare the physical indicators and blood lipid levels of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and calculate the clinical efficacy and compliance of the two groups of patients.The results showed that After treatment,the levels of various physical indicators in the combination group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,all blood lipid indicators in the combination group were better than those in the single group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and treatment compliance rate of the combined group were higher than those of the single group(P<0.05).The study found that the treatment of simple obesity patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with spleen strengthening and kidney warming can optimize the BMI of patients,effectively regulate the blood lipid level of patients,and improve the total effective rate of patients,which is worthy of application.
