芪参益气活血胶囊联合心俞穴温针灸对急性心肌梗死后低血压临床疗效及血清肌钙蛋白的影响研究

摘　　要：探讨芪参益气活血胶囊联合心俞穴温针灸治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)后低血压患者的临床疗效及对患者血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)的影响。选取2022年11月—2023年11月于烟台市蓬莱中医医院接受治疗的150例AMI后低血压住院患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组、试验1组、试验2组三组,每组各50例。对照组采取去甲肾上腺素治疗,试验1组采取去甲肾上腺素联合芪参益气活血胶囊治疗,试验2组采取去甲肾上腺素联合芪参益气活血胶囊以及心俞穴温针灸治疗,比较三组患者的治疗效果。研究发现,芪参益气活血胶囊联合心俞穴温针灸治疗AMI后低血压,能够优化患者的治疗效果,且安全性较高。To explore the clinical efficacy of Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Capsule combined with Xinshu acupoint warming acupuncture and moxibustion in treating patients with hypotension after acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and its effect on serum troponin(cTnI).150 hospitalized patients with post AMI hypotension who received treatment at Penglai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into three groups:control group,experimental group 1,and experimental group 2,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with norepinephrine,the test group 1 was treated with norepinephrine combined with Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Capsule,the test group 2 was treated with norepinephrine combined with Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Capsule and Xinshu point warming acupuncture and moxibustion,and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.The study found that Qishen Yiqi Huoxue Capsule combined with Xinshu acupoint warming acupuncture and moxibustion can optimize the treatment effect of patients with hypotension after AMI,and has high safety.
