摘　　要：讨论穴位贴敷疗法联合小儿推拿疗法在小儿风寒咳嗽治疗中的临床应用效果及安全性。选取2023年2月—2024年2月遵义市播州区人民医院收治的88例咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组,每组各44例。参照组采取中药穴位贴敷疗法进行干预,试验组在参照组基础上,联合应用小儿推拿疗法,比较两组患儿治疗效果。研究发现,应用穴位贴敷疗法联合小儿推拿疗法治疗咳嗽患儿效果显著,能够显著缩短患儿症状缓解时间,提高患儿生活质量,改善患儿预后,值得临床推广。Discuss the clinical application effect and safety of acupoint application therapy combined with pediatric massage therapy in the treatment of pediatric wind cold cough.88 children with cough admitted to People’s Hospital of Zunyi City Bozhou District from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received intervention with tra ditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy,while the experimental group received combined treatment with pediatric massage therapy on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared.Research has found that the combination of acupoint application therapy and pediatric massage therapy has a significant effect on treating cough in children.It can significantly shorten the time for symptom relief,improve the quality of life of children,and improve their prognosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
