摘　　要：为厘清民国时期大学家政教育培养模式的内涵,对民国时期各大学家政教育人才培养模式进行了分析与比较,归纳出家事师资培养、营养师培养、儿童福利与保育人才培养三种主要类型,从培养目标、课程设置、教学活动、师资队伍层面探讨其特征。围绕学术意义和现实应用探讨了民国时期大学家政教育培养模式研究的功能作用,分析其研究现状与不足,并在此基础上探寻该论题新的研究路径和方向。This paper tries to clarify the connotation of the university domestic education training mode of the period of the republic of China,the university of the period of China through the analysis and comparison,summarizes professional teachers training,dietitian training,child welfare and conservation personnel training three main types,from the training objectives,curriculum,teaching activities,teaching staff level to explore its characteristics.It discusses the function of the study of university home economics education training mode in the Republic of China,analyzes the research status and deficiency,and explores the new research path and direction of this thesis on this basis.
