摘 要:高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻,本研究提出基于大数据的求职能力提升模式,旨在帮助毕业生更好地了解行业趋势、市场需求以及职位需求,提高求职竞争力。大数据技术的应用可以帮助毕业生更准确地评估自己的能力和兴趣,从而更好地选择适合自己的职业方向,为毕业生提供定制化的求职策略和建议,帮助提高求职成功率和就业质量。大数据技术的应用对地方本科院校毕业生求职能力的提升具有重要意义。The employment situation of college graduates is becoming increasingly severe.This research puts forward a job-seeking ability improvement model based on big data,aiming to help graduates better understand the industry trends,market demand and job demand,and improve the job-seeking competitiveness.The application of big data technology can help graduates more accurately evaluate their abilities and interests,so as to better choose their appropriate career direction,provide customized job-seeking strategies and suggestions for graduates,and help improve the success rate of job-seeking and employment quality.The application of big data technology is of great significance to the improvement of the job-seeking ability of local graduates.
