摘 要:茶皂素作为一种油脂加工的副产品,是一种性能良好、天然的、非离子型表面活性剂和小分子活性物质。因其优良的生理活性,在日化、农业、食品、医疗、建筑等行业有着广泛的应用。随着对茶皂素研究的深入,对于茶皂素提取方面的研究也越来越多,由于茶皂素的纯度影响着其在食品、化妆品行业的发展,而茶皂素的纯度与其提取方法又密不可分。因此,采用何种提取方法能提高茶皂素的纯度是目前要解决的问题。基于此,针对国内外目前茶籽饼中茶皂素的不同提取方法进行了比较分析,并探讨了各种方法的优缺点及不同的提取方法对茶皂素纯度的影响,为茶皂素的提取和应用提供更广阔的空间。As a by-product of oil processing,tea saponin is a good performance,natural,non-ionic surfactant and small molecule active substance.Because of its excellent physiological activity,it is widely used in daily chemical,agriculture,food,medical treatment,construction and other industries.With the deepening of the research on tea saponin,there are more and more studies on the extraction of tea saponin.The purity of tea saponin affects its development in the food and cosmetics industry,and the purity of tea saponin is inseparable from its extraction method.Therefore,what extraction method can improve the purity of tea saponin is the problem to be solved.Based on this paper,this paper made a comparative analysis of different extraction methods of tea saponin in tea seed cake at home and abroad,and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the influence of different extraction methods on the purity of tea saponin,so as to provide a broader space for the extraction and application of tea saponin.
