叶用枸杞总黄酮及总多糖含量测定研究

摘  要:通过测定叶用枸杞中的总黄酮和总多糖含量,探讨其在保健食品和药物领域的应用潜力。采用紫外可见分光光度法对叶用枸杞样品进行测定,得出了叶用枸杞中总黄酮和总多糖的含量。结果表明,叶用枸杞中总黄酮和总多糖的线性范围分别为8.08~32.32μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9992),0.08~0.40 mg/mL(R^(2)=0.9992)。在平均回收率方面,总黄酮为102.44%,总多糖为98.80%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.10%和1.70%(n=6)。对于9批样品,总黄酮和总多糖的平均含量分别为3.04 mg/g和8.60 mg/g。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于叶用枸杞及其制品中所有多糖及总黄酮的常规检测,可为植物多糖含量测定方法的选择提供参考。且该方法具有良好的精密性、稳定性和重复性,为叶用枸杞的开发利用提供了科学依据。该结果为叶用枸杞作为潜在保健食品和药物的应用奠定了基础,为叶用枸杞的进一步研究和开发提供了可靠的数据支持和实质性的参考。The aim of study was to determine the content of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in leafy Lycium barbarum and to investigate their potential application in health food and pharmaceutical fields.The contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in leafy Lycium barbarum samples were determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry.The results showed that the linear ranges of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in leafy Lycium barbarum were 8.08~32.32μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9992)and 0.08~0.40 mg/mL(R^(2)=0.9992),respectively.For the average recoveries,the total flavonoids were 102.44%and the total polysaccharides were 98.80%with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 2.10%and 1.70%,respectively(n=6).For the nine batches of samples,the average contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides were 3.04 mg/g and 8.60 mg/g,respectively.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the routine detection of all polysaccharides and total flavonoids in leafy Lycium barbarum and its products,which could provide a reference for the selection of methods for the determination of plant polysaccharide content.Moreover,the method had good precision,stability and reproducibility,which provided a scientific basis for the development and utilization of leafy Lycium barbarum.The results laid the foundation for the application of leafy Lycium barbarum as potential health food and medicine.The contribution of study was to provide reliable data support as well as substantial reference for the further research and development of Leafy Lycium barbarum.
