基于OBE理念的公司金融课程教学改革思考——以呼伦贝尔学院为例

摘　　要：我国金融市场的不断变革和金融工具的不断创新对应用型金融人才培养提出了更高的要求。以学生创新和实践能力培养为目标的教学改革已成为经济与金融专业毕业生能否适应职场发展需求的关键。本文基于“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的OBE人才培养理念,结合呼伦贝尔学院《公司金融》课程的特点和教学现状,分析了该课程在教学模式、考核方式、前序课程基础和实践教学等方面存在的若干问题及其成因,基于OBE理念进行课程教学改革,进而提升专业人才培养质量。The continuous change in China’s financial market and the continuous innovation of financial instruments have created higher requirements for cultivating applied financial talents.The teaching reform aiming at the cultivation of students’innovation and practical ability has become the key to whether the graduates of economics and finance majors can adapt to the development needs of the job market.Based on the OBE talent cultivation concept of“student-centred,output-oriented,continuous improvement”of Hulunbuir university and combined with the characteristics and teaching status of Hulunbuir university’scorporate finance course,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the course in the teaching mode,assessment methods,the foundation of the prelude courses and the practical teaching arrangement,tries to guide the teaching reform of the course according to the OBE concept,and provides the teaching experience and practice for reference.
