摘 要:手性外消旋体拆分是制备单一对映体的最高效、便捷的途径,而结晶拆分是实现手性单一对映体分离最为重要且广泛应用的技术。综述了对映体选择性共晶拆分拉米夫定、巴氯芬、乙拉西坦和布洛芬的实例,这种选择性是共晶体中氢键的高度定向性质导致的,是成盐结晶拆分的有益补充。该技术仍处于发展阶段,设计共晶的手性拆分工艺仍具有不少挑战。Chiral resolution of racemate is the most efficient and convenient way to prepare single enantiomers,and crystal resolution is the most important and widely used technology to achieve chiral single enantiomer separation.The research progress of enantioselective cocrystallization resolution of lamivudine,baclofen,eracetam and ibuprofen is reviewed.This selectivity is caused by the highly oriented nature of hydrogen bonds in cocrystal,and is a useful supplement for salt crystallization resolution.The technology is still in the development stage,and there are still many challenges in designing chiral resolution processes for cocrystallization.
